Local developer gains Plymouth Conservation Conservation wetlands protection approval (NOI 123-07). The board was promised Bump Rock Road was to be stone widened to 20 feet. The side shoulder will be environmentally seeded-at two feet each: the promised shouldered road to be 24 feet width. All to stay within a 40 foot way over private land.
