From the Pilgrim 1600 Acre Area planning consultant team

The Pilgrim 1600 Acre Area Plan (i.e., the Pine Hills/Holtec) is hosting an Open House on Thursday, April 10th from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at the Plymouth South Middle School Cafeteria, 488 Long Pond Road. You can drop in and leave anytime. You do not need to participate for the full three hours.

Since January of this year we have received more than 3,000 survey responses and met with over 200 community members. The planning consultant team has brought together community feedback, technical analysis and market data to generate three feasible concepts for the Pilgrim1600 site. At the Open House, you will be given the opportunity to comment on these three concepts as well as generate your own. The Open House will feature four stations:

1. Master Plan Guidance – At this station the planning consultant team will share how community input, site analysis and market research have guided the development of master plan concepts. Tell us if we are on the right track!
2. Master Plan Concepts – At this station the planning consultant team will share three concepts for the Pilgrim 1600. Let us know what you like or dislike about each concept!
3. Use and Character – At this station you can view photos of other projects that demonstrate through tangible examples what different areas of the Pilgrim 1600 might look and feel like. Tell us which you find inspiring!
4. Mix and Match – At this station you can build your own concept by mixing and matching different pieces from each master plan concept. Create your own vision for Pilgrim1600’s future!

The Open House will be the final public forum before the planning consultant team develops a preferred direction for the site. We look forward to seeing you there!
