Hi All, I am going to throw my hat in the ring. The position requires unbiased and objective review of appeal and compliance. I am a former TMM Precinct 14 and recently appointed to the Cedarville Village Steering Committee. I am not a developer nor have any intentions to do so. I do have property here in the South Plymouth. Both are residential from which my wife and I, daughters and grandkids enjoy. The vision of the Town, its history and mission to develop a new Master Plan along with Village Master Plans are driving my interest to volunteer for the Alternate position on the Board of Zoning Appeals. I am retired from a long career in the Waste Industry. My roots for three generations are in farming, Winegrape growing for which I studied ag economics. I practiced real estate for a number of years mostly representing small urban income property owners . So understanding the challenges facing single family owners to multifamily properties is in my wheelhouse. I believe I can provide the support to the Board as called upon and serve the community with devotion. Don HolmReply
