FYI – Eversource Energy has filed a Notice of Intent with the Plymouth Conservation Commission seeking permission to perform work which might: remove, fill, dredge, or alter an Area Subject to Protection Under the Wetlands Protection Act (General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40).

The Project consists of installing approximately 17.700 linear feet of new 12-inch diameter plastic intermediate pressure (IP) gas main within portions of Sandwich Road and Old Sandwich Road. It will also involve separate horizontal directional drillings at the intersections of Plimoth Plantation Highway, Eel River, and a perennial tributary of Howland Pond. Al ground surfaces within the road layouts will be restored following the completion of the Project. The Project will improve system reliability.
