The proposed condominium development on 46 Sandwich Road (i.e., the former Entergy Training Center) Special Permit* request was “withdrawn without prejudice” by the petitioner at last night’s Planning Board meeting. No presentation was given because various components of the plan were not complete. It’s anticipated this plan will be resubmitted for a Planning Board meeting later next month (abutters will be notified).

FYI, the town is also in negotiations with the petitioner to acquire the property with the intent of exchanging residential development for a public safety facility (e.g., fire station, etc.)
