Dear Neighbor:      

Do you know of the proposal to build a 64 unit condominium complex, complete with community center and pool, at the old Entergy property located at 46 Sandwich Road?  The proposed condominium complex is massive. Attached is just one of the maps that is on file with the planning board which shows the density and number of units.

This development would forever dramatically change the character of our neighborhood, negatively impact life and our property values. If you think cars drive too fast down Sandwich Street now, think about the additional 300 or more cars per day that a 64 unit condominium complex will generate.                                     

What can you do?  Attend the PlanningBoard meeting on Wednesday,  May 4, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall
